On 2nd and 3rd of February, 2016 the last data collection meeting took place, this time it was in Brno in the Czech Republic. Experts of migrare Zentrum für MigrantInnen and GIC NORA met and discussed details of the competence mapping method under preparation. Project evaluators Helena Kostalova and Katerina Machovcova participated in the meeting as well. Last but not least, Austrian experts Florian Hinterberger and Lisa Filzmoser collected information from representatives of the GIC NORA target groups – Roma women and single mothers.
Project meeting took place in Košice
On 1st and 2nd of December, 2015 the data collection meeting took place in Miesto pod Slnkom in Košice in Slovakia. The goal of this meeting was to collect data from experts and clients of Miesto pod Slnkom. The data collected will be used by experts from migrare Zentrum für MigrantInnen for designing a new method of competence mapping.

Since 22nd of November, 2015 we have been running a new website for the international project COMPETENCE KALEIDOSCOPE.

Project Competence Kaleidoscope launched in Uherské Hradiště
On 22nd and 23rd of October, 2015 the project Competence Kaleidoscope was launched in Uherské Hradiště in the premises of Akropolis. All four organizations involved in the project were present in the kick-off meeting – Akropolis (CZ), Zentrum für MigrantInnen (AT), Genderové informační centrum NORA (CZ) and Miesto pod Slnkom (SK).
The meeting was to determine communication channels among partners and clarify project workload and its schedule. Subsequent project activities were discussed in detail along with project PR and marketing matters including a project website and logo.
Prior to the kick-off meeting, representatives of migrare Zentrum für MigrantInnen (AT) and Akropolis (CZ) met for the first data collection. The main goal was to get acquainted with clients of Akropolis (CZ) and their needs regarding the new method of competence mapping.
